Hon. Karen T. Beltran serves as a Yonkers City Court Judge presiding over criminal, civil, and traffic matters.
Before joining the bench, Judge Beltran was a lifelong public servant serving as a Law Clerk in the S.D.N.Y., and thereafter in various positions in Westchester County government (Family Court Bureau, Litigation Bureau, and Independent Office of Assigned Counsel.
