Hon. Keri Fiore

Executive Committee: 2nd Vice President

Keri A. Fiore is a New York State Supreme Court Justice elected in the 9th Judicial District in November 2022, and she is currently assigned to the Westchester County Matrimonial Part. Justice Fiore has dedicated her career to serving the public in various roles in the Courts. Prior to her election, Justice Fiore presided as a Support Magistrate in Yonkers Family Court for five years. She was also a Law Clerk for the Hon. Sam D. Walker in Supreme Court and a Court Attorney for the Hon. Hal B. Greenwald in Family Court.



Access to justice and diversity issues are her passion and Justice Fiore has been committed to promoting both causes through various initiatives in the Courts and through her work with local bar associations. Justice Fiore is a member of the Matrimonial Practice Advisory and Rules Committee of the New York State Unified Court System, which is one of several standing committees reporting to the Chief Administrative Judge. The purpose of the committee is to annually recommend and provide comments on legislation and pending legislative proposals, assess existing court rules and court forms, advise the Chief Administrative Judge on the need for additional rules and forms and to assist with the development of practices to aid judges, litigants, and attorneys in the timely and effective management of matrimonial matters. Justice Fiore is also a member of the Attorneys for Children Advisory Committee, the Pro Bono Subcommittee of the Access to Justice Committee, and she is the Second Vice President of the Westchester Black Bar Association. Justice Fiore previously served as co-chair of the Westchester County Bar Association Diversity Committee and was previously a member of the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge’s Diversity Task Force under former Deputy Chief Administrative Judges, Michael Coccoma and Vito Caruso.



Justice Fiore has always believed in giving back to the community. She is a former Lakeland Central School District Board of Education Trustee and she currently sits on the Board of Directors for Paramount Hudson Valley Arts, Inc. Justice Fiore also participates in the New Rochelle Bar Association’s Lawyer in the Classroom Program that teaches 5th grade students about the 4th Amendment. She is a former youth cheer coach for the Mt Vernon Razorbacks and Extreme Force All Stars in Mahopac, New York. A native of Mount Vernon, New York, she currently resides with her husband and daughter in Cortlandt Manor, New York.
